摘 要:在“苔藓植物”教学中引入“探究模拟酸雨对苔藓植物的影响”探究实验。以麦冬和苔藓为研究对象,设置pH2、 pH4两个梯度,清水为对照,通过外形及内部结构观察发现,与麦冬相比较,“酸雨”胁迫下苔藓更容易发生褪绿、卷缩等现象,且pH值越低,叶绿体被破坏越多,植株受害程度越严重。通过实验探究,学生在自主设计、合作探究、成果展示等过程中自主构建概念,实现了深度学习,培养了科学思维能力。In the teaching of bryophytes,an exploratory experiment on the effects of simulated acid rain on bryophytes was introduced.This experiment uses ophiopogon roots and moss as the objects and water as the control,sets pH2 and pH4,and observes the appearance and internal structure.It was discovered that compared to ophiopogon roots,moss is more prone to symptoms such as fading and curling under the threat of“acid rain”;and the lower the pH value is,the more damage is caused to chloroplasts and the plants.In the experiment,students can autonomously develop concepts in the process of independent design,cooperative exploration,and presentation of results,achieving deep learning and fostering their scientific thinking.
