产教融合视阈下高职财经商贸类专业育人模式构建

摘　　要：产教融合作为职业教育改革新模式,正逐渐成为职业教育高质量发展的必由之路。当前,高职院校财经商贸类专业人才需求由单一技能需求向知识结构复合、能力结构多元化等能力与素养要求转变,因此新时期高职院校财经商贸类专业育人模式需要统筹产教融合,深化协同育人;通过完善顶层设计,强化制度供给并积极探索办学主体多元化,着眼基层一线,突出强项优势,实现产教平台共建化的创新道路。As a new model of vocational education reform,the integration of industry and education is gradually becoming the inevitable path for the high-quality development of vocational education.Currently,the demand for talents in financial and commercial majors in higher vocational colleges is shifting from single skill requirements to diversified knowledge structures,multifaceted competency and literacy requirements.Therefore,in the new era,the education mode for financial and commercial majors in higher vocational colleges needs to coordinate the integration of industry and education and deepen collaborative education.By improving top-level design,strengthening institutional supply,and actively exploring diversification of educational entities,focusing on frontline grassroots,highlighting strengths,and realizing innovative pathways for the co-construction of industry-education platforms.
