摘  要:智能化时代知识更新加快、劳动就业结构发生改变、中等技能劳动力需求下降,中等职业教育在人才培养目标、专业建设、课程体系、教学生态等方面面临挑战。中等职业教育需坚定职业性、基础性、融通性三重属性,在多元发展理念指导下,回归教育本质,坚持开放合作;关注学习能力,满足双向需求;动态布局专业,整合专业建设;注重跨界融合,强化基础课程;活化教学内容,创生教学方法。In the era of intelligentization,the knowledge updating is accelerating,the structure of labor and employment has changed,and the demand for medium-skilled labor force is declining.The secondary vocational education faces challenges in terms of talents cultivating objectives,specialty construction,curriculum system and teaching ecology.Secondary vocational education needs to strengthen the three attributes of vocation,foundation and integration.Under the guidance of the diversified development concept,it is necessary to return to the essence of education and adhere to open cooperation,focus on learning ability to meet bidirectional needs,construct dynamic layout of major and integrate professional construction,focus on cross-border integration and strengthen basic courses,activate teaching content and create new teaching method.
