摘 要:目的探讨CanMEDS指导下的情景面试在提升医学检验本科生岗位胜任力中的应用效果。方法选择2023年5月至2024年5月在广东省人民医院检验科实习的38名医学检验本科生为研究对象,对比观察不同面试模式下的本科生在仪表形象、口头表达能力、临床思维能力、分析与解决问题能力、专业知识和技能、责任心与态度、团队合作能力、情景应变能力、人际关系能力和职业规划十大能力等方面的评分,并从医学检验的岗位胜任力层面出发,探讨两种面试模式对CanMEDS 7个角色胜任力的覆盖程度,并统计对实施效果的评价。结果情景面试模式的得分和传统面试模式无差异(P>0.05)且中度相关。考官普遍认为情景面试对CanMEDS 7个角色胜任力的覆盖程度更深更广。两种不同的面试模式对考生岗位胜任力的提升均有不同方面的帮助。结论在使用CanMEDS指导下的情景面试新考核模式联合传统面试可有效提升医学检验本科生的满意度,提高其岗位核心胜任力,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of situational interview guided by CanMEDS in enhancing the competency of medical laboratory undergraduate students.Methods A total of 38 medical laboratory undergraduate students who interned in the Laboratory Department of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital from May,2023 to May,2024 were selected as the research subjects.We compared the scores of undergraduate students under different interview modes with multiple aspects,including:oral expression ability,clinical thinking ability,analysis and problem-solving ability,professional knowledge and skills,sense of responsibility and attitude,team cooperation ability,situational adaptability ability,interpersonal relationship ability and career planning ability.The coverage of two interview modes on the competency of the seven roles of CanMEDS was explored,and the evaluation results of the implementation effect were analyzed.Results The score of the situational interview group showed no difference compared to the traditional interview group(P>0.05),with a moderate correlation.Examiners generally believed that situational interviews had a deeper and wider coverage of the competency of the seven roles of CanMEDS.Two different interview modes showed different benefits in improving the competency of candidates.Conclusion The combination of new situational interview mode guided by CanMEDS and traditional interview mode can effectively improve the satisfaction of medical laboratory undergraduate students and enhance their core competency,which is worth promoting.
