摘  要:校长的变革型领导力影响着教师专业发展的方方面面,而农村教师的整合技术的学科教学法知识(简称TPCK)水平也难免受其影响。基于对530名农村教师的问卷调查,分析和探讨了校长变革型领导力对农村教师TPCK的影响机制。结果表明:校长变革型领导力不会显著、直接地影响农村教师TPCK;校长变革型领导力通过两条路径显著、间接、正向地影响农村教师TPCK,一是组织创新氛围单独的中介作用,二是组织创新氛围、教师数字技术技能二者的链式中介作用。据此,应从校长、教师以及各种环境保障入手,提升农村教师TPCK的水平,护佑教师专业发展进程,整体保障教师教学质量。The transformational leadership of rural principals affects all aspects of teachers' professional development,and the TPCK level of rural teachers is inevitably affected by it.Based on a questionnaire survey of 530 Chinese rural teachers,this paper analyzed and discussed the impact mechanism of principals' transformational leadership on rural teachers' TPCK.The results showed that principals' transformational leadership does not significantly and directly affect rural teachers' TPCK;principals' transformational leadership significantly,indirectly and positively affects rural teachers' TPCK through two paths.One is the independent mediator of organizational innovation climate.The second is the chain intermediary role of organizational innovation climate and teachers' digital technology skills.Accordingly,we should start from principals,teachers and various environmental guarantees to improve the TPCK level of rural teachers,protect the professional development process of teachers,and ensure the overall quality of teacher teaching.
