摘 要:本研究从饮用温度、加冰量、与碳酸饮料勾兑和合适的佐餐等方面对毛铺荞酒的饮用方式进行了研究。结果表明,荞酒最适的饮用温度为室温;加冰饮用方式为100 mL酒体,加入1~2块15 g冰块最适;与雪碧、可乐进行趣味勾调饮用时,分别按照1∶1和1∶3的比例进行混合,口感最佳;最佳佐餐菜品为牛羊肉和鱼类,最适的做法为烧或炖,菜品的口味更适合略微偏重。In this paper,the drinking method of Maopu Buckwheat Liquor is studied from the aspects of drinking temperature,ice addition amount,mixing with carbonate beverage and suitable pairing.The results show that the best drinking temperature of Maopu Buckwheat Liquor is room temperature.The suitable ice addition amount is 1 to 2 ice cubes(15 g)in 100 mL liquor body.When mixing with Sprite or Coke,the best ratio is 1∶1 and 1∶3,respectively.The best accompanying dish is beef,mutton or fish,the most appropriate approach is roast or stew,and the taste of the dishes should be slightly heavy.
