摘  要:目的:探讨应用认知负荷理论的微信平台培训对提升临床护士不良事件报告水平的效果。方法:选取2023年6月—2023年12月某三甲综合性医院临床护士400人,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组200人。对照组给予常规护理不良事件培训模式,观察组给予基于认知负荷理论微信平台培训不良事件管理模式。采用一般资料调查问卷、护理不良事件报告认知、报告意向和报告障碍问卷对两组护士进行调查。两组均干预12周。结果:观察组护士不良事件报告认知和报告意向评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护士不良事件报告障碍总分及报告流程维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义;但观察组的惩罚性文化和报告意义维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用认知负荷理论的微信平台培训能有效提升护士不良事件报告意向和认知水平,对提高临床护理质量和保障患者安全具有重要意义,并为护理教育提供了新的视角和方法。Objective:To exploring the effectiveness of WeChat platform training applying cognitive load theory on enhancing clinical nurses'adverse event reporting level.Methods:Four hundred clinical nurses from a tertiary general hospital were randomly selected from June to December 2023 and divided into observation and control group using a random number table,with 200 in each group.The observation group adopted a WeChat platform training model for nursing adverse event reporting based on cognitive load theory,while the control group used a conventional nursing adverse event training model.General information questionnaires,nursing adverse event reporting cognition,reporting intention,and reporting barrier questionnaires were used to survey nurses in both groups.Both interventions lasted for 12 weeks.Results:The scores of cognition and intention to report adverse events in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total score of adverse event reporting barrier and the score of reporting process dimension.However,the scores of punitive culture and reporting significance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:WeChat platform training based on cognitive load theory can effectively improve the intention and cognition level of nurses to report adverse events,which is of great significance for improving clinical nursing quality and ensuring patient safety,and provides a new perspective and method for nursing education.
