摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌感染是人类最常见的慢性感染病之一,与其相关的胃部疾病、肠道疾病如胃(肠)炎、胃溃疡、胃癌等均较为常见,对人体健康不利,目前已引起广泛关注。本文综述了益生元的功能性质、幽门螺杆菌的发展、危害以及益生菌与益生元在抑制幽门螺杆菌的研究进展,为今后幽门螺杆菌抑制研究等方面奠定了理论基础。Helicobacter pylori infection is one of the most common chronic infectious diseases in humans,and related gastric and intestinal diseases such as chronic gastritis,gastric ulcer,gastric cancer,etc.are quite common,which seriously endanger people’s health,attracting widespread attention.This paper reviewed the functional properties of prebiotics,the development and harm of Helicobacter pylori and the research progress of probiotics and prebiotics in inhibiting Helicobacter pylori,laying a theoretical foundation for future research on Helicobacter pylori inhibition.
