摘 要:在当前职业教育改革不断深化的背景下,加强“双师型”教师队伍的培养培训已成为提升职业教育教学质量、促进人才培养模式创新的重要途径。文章在阐释职业院校“双师型”队伍构建理念的基础上,分析职业院校“双师型”教师队伍培养培训体系构建现状,提出构建“双师型”教师队伍的策略和方法:规范准入机制,统一内部标准;健全保障机制,提升外部保障;完善培养机制,内外相结合提升成效。In the context of the continuous deepening of vocational education reform,strengthening the training of“double qualified”teachers has become an important way to improve the teaching quality of vocational education and promote the innovation of talent training mode.On the basis of explaining the concept of constructing a team of“double qualified”teachers in vocational schools,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of the training system for the“double qualified”teachers in vocational schools,and puts forward the strategies and methods for constructing“double qualified”teachers:standardizing the access mechanism and unifying internal standards;Establishing a sound guarantee mechanism and enhancing external security;Improving the training mechanism and combining internal and external factors to improve the effectiveness.
