摘 要:新形势下,对中外专业艺术院校创立和发展的历史进行考察,有助于明确新时代新征程上我国专业艺术院校发展变革所处的历史方位和时代使命,进而有助于推动艺术院校高质量发展和勇担新文化使命。通过考察西方艺术院校的历史,发现文艺复兴后欧洲艺术中心从意大利到巴黎再到纽约转移的历史与欧美艺术院校创立和发展的过程紧密相连、脉络一致;通过考察我国艺术教育的历史,发现专业艺术院校在本土创立与发展的历史与我国社会转型的进程同声相应。特别是,法国通过艺术教育立法来规范和促进本国艺术教育发展的经验,值得我国等同为欧陆教育传统的后发型现代化国家学习借鉴。Under the new situation,conducting a historical examination of the establishment and development of art academies at home and abroad,will help clarify the historical orientation and historical mission of the development and transformation of professional art art academies in China on the new journey of the new era,and thus help promote the high-quality development of ac-ademies and bravely shoulder the new cultural mission.This article examines the history of Western art academies and finds that the history of the transfer of European Art Centers from Italy to Paris and then to New York after the Renaissance is closely connected and consistent with the establishment and development of European and American art academies;through investigating the history of art education in China,it is found that the process of the establishment and development of professional art academies in China resonates with the process of social transformation.Especially,France's experience in regulating and promoting the development of its own art education through legislation on art education is worth learning from as a latecomer modernized country with a European education tradition.
