高职学生文化需要满足与文化自信提升研究——以常州工程职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：文章通过对常州工程职业技术学院280名学生进行抽样问卷调查,运用SPSS等统计工具,从认知水平、认同程度、文化需要及效果评价4个维度,全面剖析了高职学生的文化自信现状。研究结果显示,高职学生普遍呈现出“认知尚浅、认同颇高、需求多元、期待满盈”的基本现状。基于实证研究结果,提出了“培根以深化认知、固本以增强认同、铸魂以满足多元需求、通脉以提升整体效果”的针对性策略建议,旨在精准满足高职学生的多样化文化需求,有效提升其文化自信水平,为高职院校文化育人工作提供新的思路和方向。The article conducted a sampling questionnaire survey on 280 students from Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering,and used statistical tools such as SPSS to comprehensively analyze the cultural confidence status of vocational college students from four dimensions:cognitive level,identification level,cultural needs,and effectiveness evaluation.The research results show that vocational college students generally present a basic situation of"shallow cognition,high identification,diverse needs,and full expectations".Based on empirical research results,targeted strategic suggestions have been proposed,including"Bacon deepens cognition,solidifies foundation to enhance identification,forges soul to meet diverse needs,and connects pulse to improve overall effectiveness",aiming to accurately meet the diverse cultural needs of vocational college students,effectively enhance their cultural self-confidence level,and provide new ideas and directions for cultural education work in vocational colleges.
