摘 要:人乳中部分非蛋白氮在维持婴幼儿大脑发育、肠道健康、内分泌调节以及免疫功能等方面均表现出积极作用,对婴幼儿生长发育至关重要。婴幼儿十分依赖非蛋白氮的外源性摄入,除母乳外,添加非蛋白氮原料的婴幼儿配方食品及其他补充剂食品成为婴幼儿获取非蛋白氮的重要途径。本文主要分析了婴幼儿配方食品中常见非蛋白氮的功能,并全面阐述了其对婴幼儿健康的影响。Some non-protein nitrogen in human milk plays a positive role in maintaining infant brain development,intestinal health,endocrine regulation and immune function,and is essential for infant growth and development.Infants are very dependent on exogenous intake of non-protein nitrogen.In addition to breast milk,infant formula and other supplementary foods with added non-protein nitrogen raw materials have become an important way for infants to obtain non-protein nitrogen.This article mainly analyzes the functions of common non-protein nitrogen in infant formula and comprehensively explains its impact on infant health.
