摘 要:以曲线轨道运行的两轴转向架为研究对象,通过二维参数-变量分岔图,探讨其在非线性轮缘力作用下的蛇行模式和分岔特征。对比分析转向架系统在新轮期和磨耗期两种情况下的动力学特性,分析由磨耗引起的车轮踏面轮廓变化对转向架系统蛇行特性的影响。揭示蛇行模式和分岔特征与车轮踏面等效锥度的关联关系。确定参数敏感度及合理匹配范围,为铁路车辆悬挂参数的综合设计和最优组合提供理论依据。研究结果表明:导轮和后轮与轨道的冲击均始于轮缘与外轨的冲击,无论是新轮期还是磨耗期,后轮与内轨和外轨的冲击均滞后于导轮,且导轮对轨道的冲击强度大于后轮,磨耗期,这种现象更为显著。车轮踏面轮廓变化对周期1蛇行模式的失稳速度产生的影响较大,其失稳速度主要由周期倍化分岔和Neimark-Sacker分岔引起。Based on the case of a two-axle railway bogie running on a curved track,the hunting patterns and bifurcation characteristics of the bogie in the presence of the flange contact nonlinearity were discussed through the two-dimensional parameter variable bifurcation diagram.The dynamics and differences of the bogie system with unworn and worn wheelsets were compared to analyze the influence of wheel tread profile changes caused by wear on the hunting characteristics of the bogie system.By revealing the incidence relation between hunting patterns and bifurcation characteristics of the bogie system and its key parameters,the parameter sensitivity and reasonable matching range were determined,which provided a theoretical basis for the comprehensive design and optimal combination of railway vehicle suspension parameters.The results show that the impacts of the leading and trailing wheelsets on the rail begin with the impact of wheel flange on the outer rail.Regardless of the new wheel period or wear period,the impact of the trailing wheelsets on the inner and outer rails falls behind that of the leading wheelsets,while the impact strength of the leading wheelsets on the rail is greater than that of the trailing wheelsets,especially in the wear period.The changes in the wheel tread profile have a great influence on the instability speed of the period 1 hunting mode,which is mainly caused by period doubling bifurcation and Neimark-Sacker bifurcation.
