摘 要:浮置板轨道(floating slab track, FST)对低频车轨耦合振动具有放大作用,由此引起的低频环境振动难以解决。引入惯性增强动力吸振系统(inerter enhanced dynamic vibration absorber, IDVA),提出带有IDVA的FST,即FST-IDVA,以减小列车移动荷载下的低频振动影响。理论分析给出浮置板轨道结构等效单自由度系统;考虑轮轨激励随机性,应用H_(2)优化理论给出IDVA的设计参数理论解;开发一种Matlab-Ansys联合仿真技术,应用该技术计算8编组列车运行过程中的车轨耦合动力响应。对比无动力吸振器和普通动力吸振器,验证惯性增强动力吸振器对浮置板轨道低频振动的抑制性能。研究结果表明,移动车辆荷载作用下,应用惯性增强动力吸振器后,FST板在其基频处加速度响应、钢弹簧支反力、单块板传往基础的合力均得到有效减小。惯容器的动态质量效果使吸振器与FST之间的相对位移减小大于50%。该技术可在浮置板轨道有限空间内实现更好的低频减振性能。Floating slab track(FST)amplifies low-frequency vehicle-rail coupling vibrations,which results in a problem of low-frequency environmental vibrations.Introducing the inerter enhanced dynamic vibration absorbers(IDVA),this paper proposed the FST-IDVA to mitigate the low-frequency resonance of FST under the moving train.The dynamic equivalent single degree of freedom system of the FST was derived theoretically.Considering the random property of the wheel-rail interaction,the H_(2) optimization theory was employed to optimize the IDVA to provide a theoretical solution for the optimal parameters of the IDVA.A vehicle-rail coupling simulation program based on the joint operation of Matlab-Ansys was developed to simulate the dynamic responses of the vehicle-rail system during the operation of an 8-car train.Compared with the FST without DVA,FST with small and large DVAs,the superior vibration mitigation performance of the FST-IDVA was validated.Numerical results show that,under the moving vehicle load,the acceleration responses,support force of the steel spring and the total force of a single FST transferred to the ground of the FST are suppressed clearly when the IDVA is equipped.Thanks to the dynamic mass effect of the inerter,the relative displacement between the dynamic vibration absorber and the FST is suppressed more than 50%.Using this method,better low-frequency vibration mitigation performance can be obtained in the limited space of the FST.
