摘　　要：板栗壳中含有天然色素成分,其安全性远高于合成色素,符合现代消费者对食品和化妆品安全性的要求。文章对板栗壳色素在食品、化妆品、纺织印染等行业的应用进行分析,旨在揭示其丰富色素资源的开发潜力。Chestnut shells contain natural pigment components,which are much safer than synthetic pigments and meet the safety requirements of modern consumers for food and cosmetics.This article analyzes the application of chestnut shell pigments in industries such as food,cosmetics,textile printing and dyeing,aiming to reveal the development potential of their abundant pigment resources.
