摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》提出“教育、科技、人才是中国式现代化的基础性、战略性支撑”,并对深化教育综合改革作出系列部署。职业教育与经济社会发展紧密相连,是深化中国式现代化系列改革的重要一环。为深入领会全会精神内涵,落实好职业教育领域的改革任务,本刊特组织“学习贯彻二十届三中全会《决定》”笔谈,邀约职教领域的专家学者撰文,就如何回答好“教育强国、职教何为”的时代命题,从系统推进技能型社会建设、促进就业创业与高质量对外开放、中国特色现代职业教育体系建设、发展职业本科教育、推动职业教育与服务经济社会共生发展等方面对全面深化职业教育领域改革、助力中国式现代化进行深入阐释,以期为职业教育领域学习贯彻落实三中全会精神提供参考。The Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization adopted at the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposes tha“t Education,science and technology,and talent function as basic and strategic underpinnings for Chinese modernization”and make a series of deployments for deepening the comprehensive reform of education.Vocational education is closely related to economic and social development and is an important part of deepening the series of reforms of Chinese modernization.In order to deeply understand the spiritual connotation of the third plenary session and implement the reform task in the field of vocational education,this journal organizes expert conversation by writing on“Study and Implement the Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization Adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China”and invites experts and scholars in the field of vocational education to write articles on how to answer the era proposition o“f education power and vocational education what to do”.From the aspects of systematically promoting the construction of skilled society,promoting employment and entrepreneurship and high-quality opening to the outside world,the construction of modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,the development of vocational undergraduate education,and promoting the symbiotic development of vocational education and service economy and society,this paper makes an in-depth explanation of comprehensively deepening the reform of vocational education and helping Chinese modernization.In order to provide reference for the study and implementation of the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in the field of vocational education.
