摘  要:随着数字信息技术的普及,高等学校线上课程发展迅速,占总课程中的比重越来越大。线上课程思政建设成为当前高校全面推进“课程思政”建设的紧要任务。人力资源管理作为工商管理类专业的核心基础课程,可以从教学体系创新、教师思政意识与能力提升、课程思政与实践教学相结合、优化教学评价体系四个方面探讨线上课程思政建设路径,对于推动高校线上课程思政建设具有一定的借鉴意义。With the popularization of digital information technology,online courses in colleges and universities have developed rapidly,accounting for an increasing proportion of the total courses.The ideological and political construction of online courses has become an urgent task for colleges and universities to comprehensively promote the curriculum ideological and politicalconstruction.As the core basic course of business administration,human resource management can explore the path of ideological and political construction of online courses from four aspects:innovation of teaching system,improvement of teachers'ideological and political awareness and ability,combination of ideological and political education with practical teaching,and optimization of teaching evaluation system,which has certain reference significance for promoting ideological and political construction of online courses in colleges and universities.
