摘　　要：生成式人工智能(AIGC)技术给各行各业的岗位核心技能带来了深刻变化。高职院校的使命在于为区域经济发展输送合格的人才,为了人才培养和行业企业岗位需求有更好的适配性,高职院校有必要据此做出人才培育目标和方式的改变。从技术及政策背景,以及举例岗位工作内容的新变化,分析了高职人才培养方案改革的必要性。从高职师生教与学的新方式,以及新形势下“三教”改革的新内涵等不同角度,探索重塑学生专业核心能力的具体实践路径。Artificial Intelligence Generated Content(AIGC)has brought profound changes to the core job skills in all walks of life.The mission of higher vocational colleges is to provide qualified talents for regional economic development.In order to better adapt the talent training and the job needs of industrial enterprises,it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to change the goals and methods of talent cultivation.This paper,from the background of technology and policy,as well as the new changes of the post work content,analyzes the necessity of higher vocational talent training program reform.Then,from the new ways of teaching and learning of higher vocational teachers and students,as well as the new connotation of the“three teaching”reform under the new situation,to explore the specific practice path of reshaping the core ability of professional.
