摘　　要：在制造业转型升级的背景下,高职机械制造及自动化专业的教学发生了新变化。鉴于此,提出了“双元—六融—三阶”人才培养模式。基于学校和企业双主体,实施校园文化、教学方式、课程体系等六方面与产业需求相融合,采取固基础、强核心和拓互选的三阶段螺旋递进培养方式,满足了制造业升级对复合型技术技能人才的需求。In the context of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,an innovative talent training mode of"dual element-six integration-three levels"is proposed.Based on the dual main body of schools and enterprises,the article implemented six aspects of campus culture with industrial needs,used a three-stage spiral progressive cultivation method of"solid foundation,strong core,and mutual selection",achieved the demand for composite skilled talents in the upgrading of manufacturing industry.
