摘 要:新文科建设背景下,小学教育专业研究生的人才培养被赋予了时代新要求:加强学科之间的交叉融合、增强新技术与学科之间的渗透并强化社会实践能力,以此培养复合型、创新型和服务型的小学教育专业研究生人才。同时也面临如下困境:培养理念与目标具有一定的“滞后性”、培养模式变革的实践资源“匮乏”以及培养过程性评价体系缺乏一定的“科学性”。为构建适应新文科建设发展的人才培养模式,要秉持契合时代与社会发展的人才培养理念与目标、优化配置人才培养模式变革的实践资源并不断完善人才培养过程性评价体系。Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts,the talent cultivation of graduate students majoring in primary education has been given new requirements of the times.It should strengthen the integration among disciplines,enhance the penetration of new technologies and disciplines,and strengthen practical abilities,in order to cultivate composite,innovative,and service-oriented graduate students majoring in primary education.At the same time,it also faces some kinds of dilemma,such as a certain degree of"lag"in the cultivation concept and goals,the lack of practical resources for the transformation of the training mode and scientific evaluation system in the training process.To build a talent cultivation model that adapts to the development of the new liberal arts construction,we must adhere to the talent cultivation concept and goals that are in line with the times and social development,optimize the allocation of practical resources for the transformation of talent cultivation models,and continuously improve the process evaluation system for talent cultivation.
