不同产区晒烟致香成分分析及在电子烟中的应用

摘　　要：为明确不同产区晒烟致香成分对电子烟加香的影响,对云南和东北2个产区的6个晒烟样品进行了精油提取,并利用气相色谱质谱联用仪对精油中的致香成分进行分析,同时进行电子烟加香试验和评吸。结果显示,不同产区晒烟的致香成分有较大差异。云南晒烟致香成分中醇类和酮类成分明显高于东北晒烟,醛类和酸类成分含量云南晒烟明显低于东北晒烟。电子烟加香感官评吸显示,云南晒烟整体香气细腻甜润,具有典型晾晒烟香气特征的同时,亦具有一定的烤烟香特征和清甜香香韵;东北晒烟整体香气强度较大,爆发力较强,具有显著的晾晒烟香与青香特征,其烟气细腻程度和丰富性程度略低于云南晒烟。致香成分分析与电子烟的感官评吸结果一致,可为深入研究不同产区晒烟风格特征及在电子烟烟油的调配提供理论依据。In order to clarify the influence of aroma components of sun-cured tobacco from different production areas on e-cigarette flavoring,6 sun-cured tobacco samples from Yunnan and Northeast China were extracted into essential oil,and the aroma components in the essential oils were analyzed by GC-MS.At the same time,e-cigarette flavoring experiments and smoking evaluations were conducted.The results showed that there were significant differences in the aroma components of sun-cured tobacco in different production areas.The alcohol and ketone components in Yunnan sun-cured tobacco are significantly higher than those in Northeast China sun-cured tobacco,while the content of aldehydes and acids in Yunnan sun-cured tobacco were significantly lower than that in Northeast China sun-cured tobacco.The sensory evaluation showed that the aroma of Yunnan sun-cured tobacco was delicate and sweet,with the typical aroma characteristics of sun-cured tobacco,as well as some characteristics of flue-cured tobacco and sweet flavor.The aroma intensity and explosive power of Northeast China sun-cured tobacco were relatively high,with significant characteristics of sun-tobacco aroma and green aroma.Their smoke fineness and richness were slightly lower than those of Yunnan sun-cured tobacco.The analysis of aroma components is consistent with the sensory evaluation results of e-cigarette,which can provide a theoretical basis for in-depth research on the style characteristics of sun-cured tobacco in different production areas and the formulation of e-cigarette oil.
