摘　　要：创新创业教育是积极响应“创新型国家”战略部署的需要,也是高职院校深化教育教学改革,助力大学生高质量就业的重要抓手。结合创新创业教育迭代升级的政策机制,比较分析“广谱”式和“精英”式为代表的创新创业教育理念,旨在明确当前高职院校在创新创业人才培养方面面临的多维困境,并根据创新创业人才培养的精准数字画像,提出高职院校创新创业人才培养的优化路径。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is actively response to the strategic deployment of an"innovative country",and it is also an important lever for higher vocational colleges to deepen education and teaching reform and help college students find high-quality employment.Combining the policy mechanism of iterative upgrading of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper compares and analyzes the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education represented by"broad-spectrum"and"elite",aiming at clarifying the multidimensional difficulties faced by higher vocational colleges in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.Based on the precise digital portrait of innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation,an optimization path for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in higher vocational colleges is proposed.
