基于微格教学法的药品调剂教学路径研究

摘  要:微格教学法将复杂的教学内容分解为若干个小而具体的学习单元,有助于学生更好地理解知识和掌握技能。师生对每个单元进行有针对性的教学和练习,可以提高教学效率。基于上述优势,结合当前药品调剂教学中存在的问题,文章提出了设计微观教学单元、制定个性化学习目标、设置教学实践环节和建立教师引导与反馈机制等基于微格教学法的药品调剂教学路径,以期提高学生的学习效果和综合技能。Micro-teaching breaks complex instructional content into smaller,specific learning units,which helps students better understand knowledge and master skills.Targeted teaching and practice for each unit can improve teaching efficiency.Based on these advantages,and in response to current issues in drug dispensing education,this paper proposes an educational pathway based on micro-teaching methods.This includes designing micro-learning units,setting personalized learning objectives,integrating practical teaching sessions,and establishing a system for teacher guidance and feedback,all aimed at enhancing students'learning outcomes and comprehensive skills.
