摘 要:医生的临床思维能力对降低误诊率、提高岗位胜任力等方面具有重要作用。目前临床思维能力教学在我国实习前的医学教育领域的应用较为欠缺,本文从临床思维的概念和理论出发,综述临床思维能力教学在实习前阶段被迫切需要却没有解决这一问题的有效课程的现状,分析广泛开展该类课存在的问题及解决路径。如何实现此类课程的同质化开展及如何培训师资是未来值得关注的研究方向。Clinical reasoning ability of doctors plays an important role in reducing misdiagnosis rate and improving clinical post competency,and at present,there still lacks the application of clinical reasoning teaching in the field of preclinical medical education in China.Based on the concept and theory of clinical reasoning,this article reviews the current status of clinical reasoning teaching,which is urgently needed in preclinical education,but has no effective curriculum to solve this problem,and analyzes the problems and solutions in the extensive development of such curriculum.How to realize the homogenization of such curriculum and how to train teachers are the research directions that should be taken seriously in the future.
