完善农林高校“导师制”提升本科生科研能力——以高浓度CO_(2)对异迟眼蕈蚊的影响为例

摘　　要：科研能力训练是高校本科生培养中的一项重要教学实践内容。农林高校作为培养适应现代化农业生产人才的主阵地,具有专业性和实践性较强的双重属性。以具备专业知识储备的三年级本科生为主,通过以探索高浓度CO_(2)对异迟眼蕈蚊的影响为例,围绕课题选择、实验设计、数据分析、论文撰写等方面,归纳总结了“教师指导+学生探索+实践操作”的科研训练培养模式,旨在以“导师制”引领下引导本科生端正科学态度,解锁科研技能,树立求真务实的价值导向。围绕本科生科研能力训练,建议积极构建高校、教师、本科生三位一体的科研教学平台,着力塑造承载科研梦想的大学校园,造就善于传道授业解惑的高校教师,培养勇于探索创新的新时代农林专业本科生。Scientific research ability is an important teaching practice in the training of undergraduates.As the main position for cultivating talents who adapt to the modern agricultural production,agricultural and forestry universities have the dual attributes of professionalism and practice.Based on the third-year undergraduates with professional knowledge,this study summarizes the scientific research training model of“tutor guidance+student exploration+practical operation”by exploring the effects of high concentrations of CO_(2) on Bradysia impatiens as an example.We focus on topic selection,experimental design,data analysis and thesis writing,aiming to guide undergraduates to correct their academic attitudes,unlock scientific research skills,and establish a realistic and pragmatic value orientation under the guidance of“tutorial system”.Around the scientific research ability training of undergraduates,it is suggested to build a scientific research and teaching platform integrating universities,teachers and undergraduates,and strive to shape the university campus that carries the dream of scientific research,cultivate college teachers who are good at preaching and solving confusion,and cultivate undergraduate students majoring in agricultural and forestry in the new era who have the courage to explore and innovate.
