摘 要:本研究对红托竹荪Phallus rubrovolvatus菌托胶质分离产物中粗多糖的单糖组成、分子量分布及傅里叶红外光谱等结构特征进行了分析,并对胶质分离产物的扫描电镜、流变学特性、抗氧化活性和UVB光损伤修复活性进行了研究。结果表明,红托竹荪胶质分离产物中的粗多糖是一类分子量分布较小的酸性多糖。胶质分离产物具有假塑性流体特征,在黏弹性行为中可发生类似固体的形变,具有较好的清除DPPH自由基活性。在UVB光损伤人皮肤成纤维HSF细胞实验中,红托竹荪菌托胶质分离产物能显著提高HSF细胞的存活率,增加HSF细胞内超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性,降低HSF细胞内活性氧及丙二醛的含量,具有较好的光损伤修复活性。本研究为红托竹荪废弃物中的红托竹荪菌托胶质的研究及开发利用提供了理论依据。The monosaccharide composition,molecular weight distribution and Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)of the crude polysaccharides from Phallus rubrovolvatus volva colloid isolation product were analyzed.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM),rheological properties,antioxidant activity and UVB photodamage repair activity of the volva colloid isolation product were studied.The study showed that the crude polysaccharide is a kind of acidic polysaccharide with small molecular weight.The isolation product was a pseudoplastic fluid,and its viscoelastic behavior was like that of solid.It had good DPPH free radical scavenging activity and high antioxidant activity.In the human skin fibroblast cell model damaged by UVB light,the isolation product could significantly improve the survival rate of HSF cells,increased the activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase,and glutathione peroxidase in HSF cells,and reduced the content of reactive oxygen species and malondialdehyde in HSF cells,showing its potential as a repair agent for light damage.This study provided a reference for the research,development,and utilization of the volva colloid in P.rubrovolvatus waste.
