摘  要:目的正畸治疗的病例类型复杂多样,初学者如何提高学习效率一直是师生共同探寻的问题。传统的教学模式受多重因素的影响,无法还原真实临床诊疗场景,教学效果不够理想。本研究在正畸教学中引入虚拟仿真教学并探讨其教学效果。方法我院自主研发辅助正畸学教学的虚拟仿真教学系统将真实临床诊疗现场采集到的模型、影像、图片等交互数据进行虚拟重建并整合到校园数字平台供师生教学及交流使用。并选取南开大学口腔医学院2018、2019级口腔医学专业的学生为研究对象,在对两个班级学生在同一教学内容上,分别采取了传统课堂授课模式和虚拟仿真教学模式后,进行教学效果对比。结果实验组相对于对照组的学生在教学模式满意度、技能操作掌握程度、综合能力及课后考试成绩上都有具有统计学差异的提升。结论提示了虚拟仿真教学模式应用于正畸学教学中能明显提高教学效果和效率,切实提高口腔正畸学教学水平。Objective Due to the diverse and complex nature of orthodontic treatment cases,it is essential for beginners to optimize their learning efficiency.Traditional teaching methods are often limited in their ability to accurately replicate real clinical scenarios,resulting in suboptimal effectiveness.This study introduces virtual simulation teaching into orthodontic education and explores its instructional impact.Methods Our institution has developed a virtual simulation teaching system specifically tailored for orthodontics.This innovative system integrates interactive data from actual clinical settings into a digital platform designed for instructional purposes and student interaction.The research subjects were the 2018th and 2019th grade stomatology students of Nankai University School of Stomatology.The teaching effect was compared after the traditional classroom teaching mode and the virtual simulation teaching mode were adopted for the two classes of students in the same teaching content,respectively.Results Compared with the control group,the students in the experimental group had statistically significant improvement in teaching mode satisfaction,skill operation mastery,comprehensive ability and after-school test scores.Conclusion It is proposed that the implementation of a virtual simulation teaching mode in orthodontics education can markedly enhance the efficacy and efficiency of the educational process,thereby facilitating a notable advancement in the quality of orthodontics education.
