酿酒大曲中曲虫的危害及其防治方法研究进展

摘　　要：曲虫是危害酿酒大曲的一类害虫的总称,主要以土耳其扁谷盗和咖啡豆象等为优势种群。曲虫大量繁殖不仅对大曲质量造成损失,同时影响生产和生活环境。通过分析酿酒大曲中曲虫的种类和危害,总结化学防治、物理防治、生物防治和过程管控等4种对曲虫的防治方法,讨论不同防治方法和技术的优缺点,并对曲虫未来防治前景进行展望,以期为酿酒大曲中曲虫的治理提供方法参考。Daqu pests were the generic term for a class of pests that endangered the wine-brewing Daqu,with Cryptolestes turcicus and Araecetus fasciculatus as the dominant populations.Daqu pests could not only cause losses to the quality of Daqu,but also affect the production and living environment.By analyzing the species and hazards of Daqu pests in the wine-brewing Daqu,four control methods of Daqu pests were summarized,including chemical control,physical control,biological control and process control,and then the advantages and disadvantages of different control methods and technologies were discussed.Last,the future control prospect of Daqu pests was prospected,in order to provide reference for the control of Daqu pests in the wine-brewing Daqu.
