妇产科住院医师规范化培训效果的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妇产科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)效果的影响因素。方法选取2016级—2018级于武汉大学中南医院妇产科专业基地参加住培结业考核的46名住院医师,收集年级、性别、学历、核定培训年限、人员类型、工作经历、一次性通过执业医师资格考试、结业技能操作考核分数和结业理论考核分数等信息,探究妇产科住院医师培训效果的影响因素。结果2016级—2018级住院医师实践技能考核成绩中,住院医师的住培年限对实践操作得分有显著影响(P<0.05);同时,住培年限和住院医师类型对结业理论考核成绩效果得分均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建立“螺旋式三阶梯”的培养模式以及有效的激励和管理约束机制使该院妇产科住院医师规范化培训初步达到了同质化的培训效果。Objective To investigate the factors influencing the training impact of standardized training bases in obstetrics and gynecology for resident doctors.Methods A study was conducted to assess the influencing factors of training effects,involving 46 resident doctors from 2016 to 2018 at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Base,Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University.The variables collected included grade,gender,educational background,approved duration of training,type of residents,work experience,one-time passing of qualification exam,skill operation assessment score,and theory assessment score.Results Analysis of practical skills examination scores from 2016 to 2018 demonstrated a statistically significant association between the duration of practical training(P<0.05).Additionally,both the duration of residency training and the type of residents significantly impacted the theory examination scores,with both associations exhibiting statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implemented"the spiralthree-tiered"training model and an effective incentive and management constraint mechanism.This has resulted in the initial achievement of a standardized and homogeneous training effect for obstetrics and gynecology residents at the hospital.
