摘 要:目的探究螺旋上升式教学模式背景下CBL联合PBL教学在儿科专业住培中的应用效果。方法选取2016年8月—2019年8月在安徽医科大学附属六安医院参加儿科专业住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的80名住院医师为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40名。观察组采取螺旋上升的CBL联合PBL教学方法;对照组采用传统教学方法。培训结束前后比较两组的理论成绩、临床技能操作评分、病历书写能力,培训后,进行岗位胜任力和教学满意度调查。结果培训结束后观察组住院医师的专业知识能力、岗位胜任力方面得分均明显优于对照组;观察组满意度评分、对住培学习教学模式满意度均明显高于对照组。结论将螺旋上升式教学模式背景下CBL联合PBL教学应用于儿科专业住培中能够有效提高住院医师理论水平和临床实践能力,提升住院医师综合实力,获得较好的教学满意度。Objective Exploring the application effect of CBL combined with PBL teaching in the residential training of pediatric resident physicians under the background of spiral upward teaching mode.Method A total of 80 resident physicians who participated in standardized training for pediatric residents in Lu'an Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from August 2016 to August 2019 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 in each group.The observation group adopted the method of CBL combined with PBL in spiral upward mode.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method.Before and after the training,the two groups were compared in terms of theoretical performance,clinical skill operation score and medical record writing ability.After the training,the post competency and teaching satisfaction were investigated.Results After the residential training,the scores of professional knowledge and job competence of the resident physicians in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group;The satisfaction scores of the observation group and the satisfaction with the residential training learning and teaching mode were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion The application of CBL combined with PBL teaching in the context of spiral upward teaching mode in the residential training teaching process of pediatric professional trainees can effectively improve the theoretical level and clinical practice ability of residents,enhance their comprehensive strength and better teaching satisfaction.
