摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略的深入推进下,高职畜牧兽医专业面临着培养适应现代农业发展需求的专业人才的挑战。该研究选取福建农业职业技术学院动物科技学院作为案例,探讨在乡村振兴背景下,如何通过教育与产业的深度融合,培养符合现代农业发展需求的高素质技术技能型人才。研究通过分析国内外产教融合的先进经验,结合专业特色,设计并实施一套创新的人才培养方案,并对实施效果进行系统评估。结果表明,该方案有效提升学生的专业技能和职业素养,对推动高职教育改革和乡村振兴战略的实施具有积极影响。With the in-depth advancement of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,higher vocational animal husbandry and veterinary majors are facing the challenge of cultivating professional talents who can meet the needs of modern agricultural development.This study selects the College of Animal Science at Fujian Vocational College of Agriculture as a case to discuss how to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet the needs of modern agricultural development through the deep integration of education and industry in the context of rural revitalization.By analyzing the advanced experience of integration of industry and education at home and abroad,and combining professional characteristics,the research designed and implemented an innovative talent training plan,and systematically evaluated the implementation effect.The results show that the program has effectively improved students'professional skills and professionalism,and has a positive impact on promoting the reform of higher vocational education and the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.
