摘 要:以天津地铁4号线盾构隧道小角度、近距离下穿运营的地铁1号线明挖箱形隧道为工程背景,分析了下穿施工阶段既有隧道的竖向位移、水平位移变化情况,并对控制措施进行了研究。结果表明:盾构隧道左线、右线先后下穿引起的既有隧道纵向沉降曲线分别呈V形、U形,右线下穿引起的既有隧道沉降较左线引起的大;与双洞盾构隧道正交下穿既有隧道工程相比,小角度下穿引起的既有隧道纵向沉降曲线的沉降槽宽度显著增大;随着盾构掘进,既有隧道水平位移的方向由逆着盾构掘进方向转变为朝着盾构掘进方向;二次注浆对于控制既有隧道竖向位移、水平位移效果较好。Based on the engineering background of the Tianjin Metro Line 4 shield tunnel underpass the existing open-cut box tunnel of Tianjin Metro Line 1 at a small angle and close distance,the vertical and horizontal displacements of the existing tunnel during the construction were analyzed,and and the control measures were studied.The results show that,the longitudinal settlement curves of existing tunnel caused by the left and right lines of the shield tunnel underpass are V-shape and U-shape respectively.The settlements caused by the right line(the later line)are greater than that caused by the left line.Compared with the double shield tunnels orthogonal underpass the existing tunnel engineering,the settlement trough width of the longitudinal settlement curve of the existing tunnel caused by small angle underpass is significantly increased.With shield tunneling,the direction of horizontal displacement of existing tunnel changes from opposite to the direction of shield tunneling to along the direction of shield tunneling.Secondary grouting has a good effect on controlling the vertical and horizontal displacement of existing tunnel.
