摘　　要：深刻理解和准确把握进一步全面深化改革与推进中国式现代化之间的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑,对于学习贯彻二十届三中全会精神至关重要。在中国式现代化历史发展长河中,变革和完善生产关系和社会制度体系,为先进生产力发展提供强大动力和制度保障是这个历史进程的永恒主题。深刻揭示进一步全面深化改革与中国式现代化之间的理论逻辑,总结进一步全面深化改革推进中华民族追求中国式现代化伟大梦想的历史逻辑,准确把握进一步全面深化改革推进中国式现代化的实践逻辑,才能凝聚全体人民的坚定意志,团结全体人民的坚强力量,中国式现代化才有科学的合理性和最终胜利的现实性。唯有破除一切阻碍社会主义新质生产力发展的旧的体制机制,消除一切不利于中国式现代化事业发展的思想观念、生产方式、利益格局、社会结构和机制障碍,完善和发展中国特色社会主义的根本制度、基本制度、重要制度和具体运行的体制机制,中国式现代化伟大事业才能获得根本保障,中国式现代化事业顺利发展才能获得充分的力量源泉,才能开辟中国式现代化的广阔前景。Deeply understanding and accurately grasping the theoretical,historical and practical logic of further deepening reform comprehensively and advancing Chinese modernization is crucial to the study and implementa⁃tion of the guiding principles of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee.In the long history of Chinese modernization,changing and improving production relations and social system,which provide strong impetus and institutional guarantee for the development of advanced productive forces,is the eternal theme of this historical process.We should deeply reveal the theoretical logic of further deepening reform comprehensive⁃ly and Chinese modernization,sum up the historical logic of further deepening reform comprehensively to pro⁃mote the Chinese nation's great dream of pursuing Chinese modernization,and accurately grasp the practical logic of further deepening reform comprehensively to advance Chinese modernization.All of these can unite the firm will of all the people and unite the strong strength of all the people,and Chinese modernization can have the rationality of science and the realism of ultimate victory.Only by breaking down all the old institutions and mechanisms that impede the development of new quality productive forces of socialism,eliminating all the ob⁃stacles of ideological concepts,modes of production,patterns of interests,social structures and mechanisms that are not conducive to the development of the cause of Chinese modernization,and improving and developing fundamental,basic and important systems of socialism with Chinese characteristics as well as the institutional mechanisms,can the great cause of Chinese modernization be fundamentally safeguarded,and the smooth de⁃velopment of the cause of Chinese modernization be given a sufficient source of strength,so as to open up a broad prospect of Chinese modernization.
