摘 要:青年教师作为高校教师队伍中的新鲜血液,已成为推动高等教育内涵式发展的中流砥柱。但目前高校青年教师队伍仍存在教学经验不足、科研能力欠佳、社会服务水平不高、职业幸福感低等问题,影响并制约高校立德树人根本任务的落实。鉴于此,文章提出注重宏观规划设计、加强师德师风培育、完善培训成长机制、优化学校资源配置、深化职称制度改革、加大学校人文关怀等改进高校青年教师队伍建设的有力举措,以期为高校青年教师队伍管理与培养提供借鉴参考,助力教育强国建设。Young teachers,as fresh blood in the teaching staff of universities,have become the backbone of promoting the connotative development of higher education.However,at present,there are still problems with the young teaching staff in universities,such as insufficient teaching experience,poor scientific research ability,low social service level,and low sense of professional happiness,which affect and restrict the realization of the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation in universities.In view of this,the article proposes favorable measures to improve the construction of young teachers in universities,such as focusing on macro planning and design,strengthening the cultivation of teacher ethics and conduct,improving training and growth mechanisms,optimizing school resource allocation,deepening the reform of professional title system,and increasing humanistic care in schools.The aim is to provide reference for the management and training of young teachers in universities,and to assist in the construction of an educational powerhouse.
