摘 要:豆腐文化是中国传统文化的宝贵遗产和重要组成部分,但在中华文化“走出去”过程中面临着困境与挑战。基于变译理论探究豆腐文化的译介传播之道,提出了豆腐文化译介要整合多方资源,开拓译介新思路,以变通为策、创新为进,同时,认为豆腐文化应分类、分层译介,以满足不同译语读者的需求和期望。最后,通过具体的译介例证,重申了豆腐的正式英译名称问题,并对如何运用变译的8种变通手段开展豆腐文化的译介活动进行了探讨,以期为豆腐文化的跨文化传播提供新的视角与实践参考。Doufu culture is a valuable legacy and integral part of traditional Chinese culture,facing challenges and dilemmas in the process of"going global"with Chinese culture.Drawing upon the theory of the variational translation theory,this paper explores the ways of translating and disseminating Doufu culture,proposing that the translation of Doufu culture should integrate various resources,explore innovative approaches,and adopt"adaptation"as a strategy and"innovation"as impetus.Simultaneously,it suggests that Doufu culture should be translated in a categorized and layered manner to meet the diverse needs and expectations of target language readers.Finally,through specific translation examples,it reaffirms the issue of the formal English translation name for Doufu and discusses how to utilize the eight adaptational techniques to conduct the translation activities of Doufu culture.The goal is to provide a new perspective and practical reference for the cross-cultural communication of Doufu culture.
