摘  要:以野山竹果壳为原料,进行野山竹多酚提取工艺优化及其抗氧化活性的研究,建立以单宁酸溶液为标准品,采用福林酚法和分光光度法测定野山竹多酚含量的定量分析方法。结果显示:在提取时间35 min、超声温度70℃、提取pH 5、料液比1∶65(g/mL)、超声功率400 W的条件下多酚提取得率可高达0.73%。野山竹多酚对1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼自由基(DPPH·)和羟基自由基(·OH)均有较强的清除效果,最大清除率分别为84.2%和82.0%。With the shell of Garcinia oblongifolia as the raw material,the extraction process of polyphenols from Garcinia oblongifolia is optimized and their antioxidant activity is investigated,and a quantitative analytical method is established to determine the polyphenol content of Garcinia oblongifolia with tannic acid solution as the standard by Folin-Ciocalteu method and spectrophotometry.The results show that under the conditions of extraction time of 35 min,ultrasonic temperature of 70℃,extraction pH of 5,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶65(g/mL)and ultrasonic power of 400 W,the polyphenol extraction yield could be as high as 0.73%.The Garcinia oblongifolia polyphenols show strong scavenging effects on both 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical(DPPH·)and hydroxyl radical(·OH),with the maximum scavenging rates of 84.2%and 82.0%respectively.
