职业技术师范院校教师职业认同特征及发展路径

摘  要:良好的职业认同是职业技术师范院校教师应对职业技术师范教育师范性、职业性、学术性等多重属性带来的诸多挑战的关键。采用扎根理论研究发现,职业技术师范院校教师职业认同体现在职业认识认同、职业发展认同、职业价值认同、职业行为认同四个方面,其中职业认同在人岗适配和个人价值之间存在互为条件、互相作用的特征。基于此提出社会层面要加强职业教育宣传推广、学校层面要强化职场环境优化、个体层面要认清职业教育发展形势以提升自我适应能力等建议,以进一步提升职业技术师范院校教师的职业认同。Good professional identity is the key for teachers in vocational and technical normal colleges to cope with the challenges brought by the multiple attributes of vocational and technical normal education,such as normal,vocational and academic.Based on the grounded theory,it is found that the professional identity of teachers in vocational and technical normal colleges is embodied in four aspects:professional cognition identity,professional development identity,professional value identity and professional behavior identity.Among them,the professional identity has the characteristics of mutual conditioning and interaction between personnel and personal value.Based on this,it is proposed that the publicity and promotion of vocational education should be strengthened at the social level,the optimization of workplace environment should be strengthened at the school level,and the development situation of vocational education should be recognized at the individual level to improve self-adaptability,so as to further enhance the professional identity of teachers in vocational and technical normal colleges.
