摘  要:本科职业教育招生制度对于推动本科职业教育高质量发展具有重要意义。学位学徒制是英国关键技能人才短缺背景下探索的高层次职业型人才培养新路径。以曼彻斯特城市大学为代表的地方高水平院校在学位学徒制招生实践中,遵循职业教育规律和人才成长规律,以培养高端应用型人才为导向,以促进社会公平与职业流动为旨归,让企业雇主参与招生遴选机制,采用基础考试保证素质发展需要、技能素养涵养职业发展的招生标准。曼彻斯特城市大学的招生实践为我国本科层次职业教育招生发展提供了多方面借鉴。Admission to undergraduate vocational education plays an important role in promoting the highquality development of undergraduate vocational education.The degree apprenticeship,emerging as a new approach for cultivating high-level vocational talent in the UK amidst skilled worker shortages,is being implemented in admission practices at local high-level institutions like Manchester Metropolitan University.These practices adhere to principles of vocational education and talent development laws to nurture high-level and skill-oriented professionals as well as promote social equity and professional mobility.Employers from enterprises are involved in the selection process,ensuring that admission standards align with talents'developmental needs and professional skills through basic examinations.The admission practices at Manchester Metropolitan University offer valuable insights into the development of undergraduate vocational education admissions in China.
