授课、问题导向和案例分析模式在临床药学本科实习生慢性病用药管理带教的应用

摘　　要：临床药学专业学生实习工作是学生步入医院开展药学工作的准备环节,采用“授课、问题导向和案例分析”模式对在药剂科各部门轮转学习的实习生进行带教,可以帮助学生巩固理论知识,提高发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。在慢性病发病率不断提高的社会背景下,通过培养慢性病用药管理能力,提升学生的药学服务实践能力和沟通技巧,提高学生的药学专业综合素质,满足社会需求。探讨“授课、问题导向和案例分析”多元化模式,提高临床药学实习生的带教质量,为培养专业需求型药学服务人才提供新思路。Clinical pharmacy internship is the preparation link for students to enter the hospital to carry out pharmacy work.The teach⁃ing,problem-oriented and case analysis mode to teach interns in various departments of pharmacy can consolidate the theoretical knowledge,improve the ability of problem finding,problem analysis and problem solving.Under the social background of the increasing incidence of chronic diseases,through the cultivation of chronic disease medication management ability,improve students’practical ability and communication skills of pharmaceutical care,improve students’comprehensive quality of pharmaceutical to meet social needs is necessary.This article explores the diversified mode of teaching,problem-oriented and case analysis to improve the teaching quality of clinical pharmacy interns,and to provide new ideas for training professional social demand pharmaceutical care talents.
