摘  要:近年来,恶性肿瘤发病率逐年升高,培养高质量中医肿瘤人才是当下临床教学的迫切需求。住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后继续教育的重要组成部分。做好规范化培训医师的带教工作是中医肿瘤专科医师的重要责任。此文将总结临床带教中发现的问题,结合上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院的培训现状和经验,探讨案例学习法(CBL)和以问题为导向的教学模式(PBL)在中医肿瘤学科推行的价值,为提高临床带教水平、培养高质量的中医肿瘤人才提供参考。In recent years,the incidence rate of malignant tumors has increased year by year.It is an urgent need for clinical teaching to cultivate high-quality traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)oncology talents.The standardized training of residents is an important part of continuing education for medical students after graduation.It is the important responsibility of TCM oncologists to do a good job of teaching and guiding the regular trainees.This article summarized the problems found in clinical teaching,combine the training sta⁃tus and experience of Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Affiliated to Shanghai Uni⁃versity of Traditional Chinese Medicine,discussed the value of case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)teach⁃ing mode in the implementation of TCM oncology,and provided reference for improving the level of clinical teaching and training high-quality TCM oncology talents.
