摘 要:目的探讨线上线下混合式教学法在针灸推拿专业推拿手法学课程形成性评价的应用效果。方法选取山西中医药大学第二临床学院2017、2019、2020级针灸推拿学专业三个班级的学生共88人。设2017级为对照组,采用传统的教学方法;2019、2020级为观察组,采用线上线下混合式教学法,线上教学利用学习通平台,线下教学采用BOPPPS教学法,融入案例、情景教学法。观察两组理论考核和手法实训操作考核成绩。结果观察组两个班级的理论考核成绩均优于对照组,课堂、课后及总体手法实训成绩亦均优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论采用线上线下混合式教学法,在教学中将案例、情景教学法与BOPPPS结合,不仅能提高学生的学习主动性,还可以培养学生从患者的角度思考问题,为以后其真正进行医患沟通积累经验。Objective To explore the application effect of online and offline mixed teaching method in formative evaluation of the course massage manipulation for acupuncture and moxibustion and massage majors.Methods A total of 88 students from 3 classes of acupuncture and moxibustion and massage major in Grade 2017,Grade 2019 and Grade 2020 were selected from The Second Clinical College of Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine.Students of Grade 2017 was the control group,and used traditional teaching meth⁃ods.Students of Grade 2019 and Grade 2020 were observation group,and used mixed online and offline teaching method.Online teaching utilized the Learning Platform,while offline teaching adopted the BOPPPS teaching method,incorporating case-based teach⁃ing method and situational teaching method.The results of the two groups’theoretical assessment and practical training were ob⁃served.Result The theoretical test scores of the two classes in the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the classroom,after-school and overall practical training scores were also better than those of the control group(P<0.001).Conclu⁃sion Adopting a mixed online and offline teaching method,combining case and situational teaching methods with BOPPPS in teaching can not only improve students’learning initiative,but also cultivate students to think about problems from the patient’s perspective,accumulating experience for real doctor-patient communication in the future.
