摘 要:目的:探索实践类课程思政教学体系建设。方法:广州医科大学实践教学中心组建课程思政团队,以学生为中心,教师培养为关键,从知识、能力、素质三维度制定教学目标,充分挖掘课程思政元素与内涵;以实践技能教学为手段,模拟医学为载体,设计教学方案;采用“线上+线下混合式教学”模式,运用多种教学方法,进行沉浸式课堂思政教学,有效构建了《临床技能学》课程思政教学体系。结果:相关调查显示,学生和老师认可和接受本课程思政体系建设实践。结论:课程思政教学体系建设可以促进专业课程学习,提升医疗工作者的道德修养和综合素质。Objective:In order to establish an ideological and political education system for practical courses.Methods:Practical Teaching Center of Guangzhou Medical University has formed a dedicated curriculum team.With a focus on students-centered,it also emphasizes the critical role of teacher training,to develop three parts of teaching goals encompassing skills,capability and quality,fully incorporating ideological and political elements within the cur-riculum.The teaching approach involves practical skill-based training and medical simulations tailored to specific medi-cal disciplines.It employs a mixed“online and offline”teaching model to create an immersive ideological and political education experience.Complementing these efforts are activities contributing effectively to the development of an ideologi-cal and political curriculum system for the“Clinical Skills”course.Results:Relevant survey results confirm the accep-tance and approval of this practical approach by both students and teachers.Conclusion:This approach not only en-hances the learning of specialized subjects but also elevates the ethical conduct and overall qualities of healthcare profes-sionals.
