摘 要:目的探讨学校归属感在本科护生专业认同与学习投入间的中介效应。方法采用方便抽样法,于2022年3月16日至23日利用一般人口学资料问卷、专业认同问卷、学习投入量表、学校归属感问卷对241名大二本科护生进行调查。结果本科护生专业认同、学习投入、学校归属感总分依次为(3.69±0.54)分、(3.77±0.65)分、(4.01±0.46)分,专业认同与学习投入呈正相关关系(P<0.01),学校归属感在其中起部分中介作用。结论高校要通过优化课程设计、提供职业规划指导、密切行业及校友联系、鼓励护生实习实践、提供支持保障、建立及时有效的反馈机制等方式,增强本科护生的专业认同感和学校归属感,促进两者良性互动,促进他们更加积极主动学习,获得学业成功。Objective This study aims to explore the mediating effect of school belonging between professional identity and learning engagement among nursing undergraduates.Methods Using convenience sampling,241 sophomore nursing undergraduates were surveyed from March 16 to 23,2022,using Demographic Questionnaire,Professional Identity Questionnaire,Learning Engagement Scale,and School Belonging Questionnaire.Results It showed that the scores for professional identity,learning engagement,and school belonging were(3.69±0.54)score,(3.77±0.65)score,and(4.01±0.46)score respectively,with a positive correlation between professional identity and learning engagement(P<0.01)and a partial mediating effect of school belonging.Conclusion Universities should enhance nursing undergraduates'professional identity and school belonging through optimized course design,career planning guidance,closed industry and alumni relations,encouraging practical experience,providing support,and establishing timely and effective feedback mechanisms to promote a positive interaction between the two and enhance students'proactive engagement and academic achievement.
