摘  要:数字技术的快速发展在给高职计算机教师专业化发展带来巨大挑战的同时,也带来了新的发展机遇。针对当前高职计算机教师专业化发展存在的困境,基于适应技术更新速度、均衡数字化教育资源和改革教育评价机制等,文章设计了数字技术助力高职计算机教师专业化的发展路径,引导教师以数字技术为抓手,不断提升教学水平和专业素养,为培养更多优秀的计算机人才打下坚实基础。The rapid development of digital technology has brought great challenges and new opportunities to the professional development of computer teachers in higher vocational colleges.In view of the current difficulties in the professional development of computer teachers in higher vocational colleges,based on adapting to the speed of technological update,balancing digital educational resources and reforming the educational evaluation mechanism,this paper designs a development path for digital technology to help computer teachers in higher vocational colleges,and guides teachers to take digital technology as the starting point to continuously improve their teaching level and professional quality.Lay a solid foundation for cultivating more excellent computer talents.
