摘　　要：思政教师队伍作为培养社会主义建设者和接班人的中坚力量,其高质量建设尤为关键。文章从教育强国的战略高度出发,阐述了思政教师队伍高质量建设的核心内涵,探讨了当前思政教师队伍建设过程中存在职业认同降低、教学能力不足、教师教育不足等现实问题,从提升职业认同、强化教学能力和优化教师教育等方面提出针对性措施,旨在提升思政教师的专业素养、教学能力和科研水平,构建一支高素质、专业化、创新型的思政教师队伍。In the context of China's vigorous promotion of the strategy to build a powerful country in education,the high-quality construction of ideological and political teachers,as the backbone in cultivating socialist builders and successors,is of utmost importance.Starting from the strategic height of building a powerful country in education,this paper elaborates on the core essence of high-quality construction of ideological and political teachers.It examines the current issues in the process of building this teaching force,including declining professional identity,inadequate teaching capabilities,and insufficient teacher education.Targeted measures are proposed in areas such as enhancing professional identity,strengthening teaching capabilities,and optimizing teacher education,aiming to improve the professional literacy,teaching capabilities,and research standards of ideological and political teachers,and to construct a high-quality,professional,and innovative team of ideological and political teachers.
