摘　　要：随着社会经济和科技的不断发展进步,创新能力的培养已经成为现代高等院校人才培养的方向。秉持五邑大学加快建设和完善高水平人才培养体系的精神,为全面提高应用型创新人才培养质量,环境工程专业基于OBE导向,围绕导师制构建产学研协同培养模式,在培养全过程内形成融合教育方式,使创新创业教育纳入专业教育体系。以“基础素质—技术能力—职业技能—创新能力”的梯次发展模式,持续优化理论及实践课程设置,培养学生扎实的专业知识、管理技能,内驱学生创新创业能力及实践能力,形成分层次、分模块、系统化教学模式,获得良好的效果,具备一定的指导意义。With the continuous development and progress of social economy and science and technology,the cultivation of innovation ability has become the direction of talent training in modern colleges and universities.In this paper,adhering to the spirit of Wuyi University to accelerate the construction and improvement of high-level talent training system,in order to comprehensively improve the training quality of application-oriented innovative talents,the environmental engineering major builds a collaborative training model of industry-university-research around the tutorial system based on the OBE orientation,and forms an integrated education mode in the whole training process,so that innovation and entrepreneurship education is included in the professional education system.Based on the cascade development mode of"basic quality-technical ability-vocational skill-innovation ability",this paper continuously optimizes the theoretical and practical curriculum setting,cultivates students'solid professional knowledge and management skills,and internally drives students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability and practical ability,forms a hierarchical,modular and systematic teaching mode,obtains good results and has certain guiding significance.
