摘  要:以我国本科层次职业教育为研究主体,重点关注人才培养目标,依据职业带理论作为基础,研究本科层次职业教育人才培养目标及其实现路径。立足我国职业教育现实基础,把本科层次职业教育、专科层次职业教育、普通本科教育进行比较分析,借鉴发达国家本科层次职业教育人才培养的先进经验,定位我国本科层次职业教育人才培养目标,分析我国本科层次职业教育人才培养困境,从人才培养理念、专业师资队伍、特色课程体系、深度校企合作、质量评价体系等方面来探索我国本科层次职业教育人才培养的实现路径。Taking undergraduate vocational education in China as the research subject,this study focuses on talent cultivation goals,and based on the theory of vocational belts,investigates the talent cultivation goals and implementation paths of undergraduate vocational education.Based on the practical foundation of vocational education in China,this study compares and analyzes undergraduate vocational education,vocational education at the vocational college level,and general undergraduate education,draws on the advanced experience of undergraduate vocational education talent cultivation in developed countries,positions the goals of undergraduate vocational education talent cultivation in China,analyzes the difficulties of undergraduate vocational education talent cultivation in our country,and explores the implementation path of undergraduate vocational education talent cultivation in China from the aspects of talent cultivation concept,professional teaching staff,characteristic curriculum system,deep school enterprise cooperation,quality evaluation system,etc.
