摘 要:党和国家提出了建设高质量体系的新要求,教育高质量发展进程中的乡村教师流失是一个亟待解决的重要问题。基础教育高质量发展进程中乡村学校教师流失问题的主要原因,在于乡村学校教师的收入相对偏低,乡村学校教师的工作环境有待改进,乡村学校教师的职业发展受限。因此,有必要从解决问题的治理角度,切实改善乡村学校教师的工作待遇,优化乡村学校教师的工作环境,推进乡村学校教师的职业发展。解决了乡村学校教师流失的根本问题,才有可能落实基础教育的高质量发展,从而实现整个教育体系的高质量发展。The Party and the State have put forward new requirements for building a high-quality system,and the loss of rural teachers in the process of high-quality education development is an important problem that urgently needs to be solved.The main reason for the loss of rural school teachers in the process of high-quality development of basic education is that the income of rural school teachers is relatively low,the working environment of rural school teachers needs to be improved,and the career development of rural school teachers is limited.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the working conditions of rural school teachers,optimize their working environment,and promote their professional development from the perspective of problem-solving governance.Only by solving the fundamental problem of the loss of teachers in rural schools can we implement high-quality development of basic education and achieve high-quality development of the entire education system.
