摘 要:运用扎根理论研究方法,对法国20位手工业者进行了访谈,揭示了其工匠精神形成机理,即个体因素作为激发力量、环境因素作为支持力量,共同推动个体对工匠精神的接受与注意,而由于工匠精神的初步彰显,个体所获得的成就感、自尊感、幸福感,又通过个体与环境的互动,成为新的激发与支持力量,促进个体工匠精神的逐步内化,如此循环往复,引导个体不断追求极致、走向卓越。据此机理,面向职业院校,提出助力学生家庭开展职业启蒙教育、建立德技并重的职业素养培养体系、创建促进学生工匠精神培育的校园文化等相关建议。Using the grounded theory research method,interviews were conducted with 20 French artisans to reveal the mechanism of the formation of their craftsmanship spirit.Individual factors serve as the driving force,while environmental factors serve as the supporting force,jointly promoting individuals'acceptance and attention to the craftsmanship spirit.As a result of the initial manifestation of the craftsmanship spirit,individuals'sense of achievement,self-esteem,and happiness become new driving and supporting forces through the interaction between individuals and the environment,promoting the gradual internalization of the craftsmanship spirit.This cycle guides individuals to constantly pursue excellence and strive for excellence.Based on this mechanism,suggestions are proposed for vocational colleges to assist students'families in carrying out vocational enlightenment education,establish a vocational literacy training system that emphasizes both morality and skills,and create a school culture that promotes the cultivation of students'craftsmanship spirit.
