摘 要:利用自编问卷对长三角地区10所职业院校的部分学生和教师进行抽样调查,了解职业院校学生工匠精神培育的成效和不足。初步发现,部分学校通过营造校园文化、构建课程体系、推进教学改革、开展专题活动、实施校企共育及加强考核评价的方式,提高了学生对工匠精神的认知,学生确立了一定的工匠精神意识,师生对学校工匠精神培育工作认可度较高,但少数学校对学生工匠精神培育不够重视、工匠精神未能融入课程教学、培育工作缺乏体系化设计、校企共育工匠精神相对薄弱、教师职业素养有待提高。为强化相关工作,促进学生工匠精神的养成,职业院校需转变办学理念、开展工匠精神专题教育、注重专业教学渗透、锻造“工匠之师”队伍、营造工匠文化氛围、推进校企合作育人。A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a sampling survey of some students and teachers in vocational colleges in the Yangtze River Delta region,in order to understand the effectiveness and shortcomings of cultivating craftsmanship spirit among vocational college students.Preliminary findings have shown that some schools have improved students'awareness of craftsmanship spirit and established a certain level of craftsmanship consciousness by creating campus culture,constructing curriculum systems,promoting teaching reforms,conducting special activities,implementing school enterprise joint education,and strengthening assessment and evaluation.Teachers and students have a high recognition of the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in schools,but a few schools do not attach enough importance to the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit among students,craftsmanship spirit has not been integrated into curriculum teaching,the cultivation work lacks systematic design,craftsmanship spirit in school enterprise joint education is relatively weak,and teachers'professional qualities need to be improved.To strengthen relevant work and promote the cultivation of students'craftsmanship spirit,vocational colleges need to change their educational philosophy and carry out special education on craftsmanship spirit,pay attention to the infiltration of professional teaching,cultivate a team of"craftsmen's teachers",create a craftsman culture atmosphere,and promote school enterprise cooperation in education.
